Engage Now AfricaVisit Site
Engage Now Africa is committed to fight poverty, child by child, family by family, community by community, breaking the cycle of poverty and replacing it with the cycle of self-reliance. Engage Now Africa reaches out to specific communities, working together side by side with the local village leaders to learn of their specific challenges, then together, to create and engage in a plan to overcome these challenges. Our objective is to develop long lasting sustainable change. Our long term vision for the villages we work in is to change lives by improving education, health, water and sanitation, orphan support and micro-credit. Focusing in these five areas identifies critical survival needs within a community. It is fundamental that the individual and community is involved in every step of the process, becoming experts in their own development. This promotes local leadership and problem-solving; enriching the quality of life for the entire village.
